With the industries’ lowest setup fee ($9.95 per CD) and UNLIMITED FREE UPLOAD of songs and albums, we are uniquely positioned to grow with services that will help support our artist community. We allow the fans to purchase the music using Paypal, Credit Card, (Amex, Visa, Discover), while providing a complete on line transaction tracking mechanism for all artists to view there account any time. Our service offering tracks the orders through the entire cycle of fulfillment, payment, shipping, customer service calls, and inventory of the merchandise. Additionally, the fans can sample as much music as they are willing to bath in!

Bathtubmusic.com process orders are shipped in an expedient fashion, usually within 24 hours of receipt. We inventory, box and ship all orders and take the responsibility to get it to the customer in a timely fashion. The artist is never responsible for shipping charges on bathtubmusic.com. Those cost are passed on to the customer during the order process. We will allow the customer to choose the method of shipment and will add the additional charges to the order. We pay our artists based on the selling price of the CD or downloadable songs, less the agreed to fees that we retain. For Cds sold we always retain $3 per CD (industries’ lowest fee) and for downloadable MP3 songs $0.30 per song.

Bathtubmusic.com requires 5 Cds as inventory in order to have plenty of merchandise on stock. Additionally, we open one of the Cds and use it as the setup copy for digitizing of CD jacket covers (JPG), creation of MP3 (320kbps/192kbps). You can always check how much inventory we have on hand by logging in to your Artist ADMIN page of the site. We will also send you and email when your inventory is low so that you know to keep us fully stocked!

Are you ready for this? Bathtubmusic.com allows you to UPLOAD UNLIMITED number of Albums…FREE! YES! There are no setup fees if you only wish to sell downloadable music. We retain $0.30 per song sold…THAT’s IT! With respect to physical Cds we charge $9.95 per CD Setup (industries’ LOWEST FEE!). For this, we will scan your CD cover and digitize your songs into MP3s (320kbps for Radio and 192kbps for download). We retain $3 (industries’ LOWEST FEE!) per CD sold. We strongly urge you not to just sell downloadable music, as you will be severely limiting your potential client base of buyers! Regardless of what you have heard Cds are still selling almost 10 times more than downloadable music.

Bathtubmusic.com will pay artists twice a month. We will paypal you the monies owed when your account reaches the threshold of $20 or above. We can also pay you via check if you prefer. Checks are mailed via standard USPS mail.

Don’t lose any valuable sleep wondering if your personal information will fall into the hands of evil telemarketers or spam-fanatics!!! We will NEVER-EVER-EVER sell your personal information and we won’t give it away either. The artists themselves are the only people other than Bathtub Music that know who is buying their music. And, if you prefer, we won’t give your information to them either!! Just click on the “DON’T SEND MY INFORMATION TO ARTIST” box during checkout.

Your credit card information is never stored by Bathtub Music. Period. It is sent via secure server and after the sale, it is erased.

You can currently make a payment using VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL, or MONEY ORDER. No cash or personal checks please.

You can return ANY CD to Bathtub Music. However, we will only refund your money if it is unopened or defective and returned to us within 14 days! If you purchased by credit card, we will just put the amount back on your card.

NOTE: By writing “RETURN TO SENDER” on the original package, you can avoid shipping costs. If the CD is defective, we will gladly refund your money or send you another (including shipping), otherwise, we cannot refund your shipping cost if the package has been opened. Sorry.

Bathtubmusic.com reserves the right to terminate service for any reason. We are reasonable people but consistent lack of inappropriate product and or service on the part of the artists will be looked on seriously. We are not high school principals around here…but we do care A LOT about the products we represent and to the fans we represent it to. We will not return ship any inventory, unless you provide a self addressed box or COD.

By agreeing with the said terms the artist hereby grants to Bathtub Music, Inc (bathtubmusic.com) the right to use your music to sell as a CD form or downloadable music as we deem most advantages in order to generate interest in the artist and sales on your behalf:

You are hereby granting us permission to:

• Scan and digitize your artwork.
• Digitally convert your music to MP3 for download distribution.
• Grant us the non-exclusive right to distribute, display, reproduce, transmit and retransmit through any distribution medium of our choosing, electronic and other wise to the buying public.
• We may also retransmit and reproduce your images, recordings and other marketing material for purpose of sales promotion and marketing campaigns.
• You are granting to bathtubmusic.com the use of your songs, publishing and CDs on a non-exclusive basis.
• YOU ALWAYS RETAIN ALL OF YOUR OWNERSHIP of your songs/recordings and publishing.
• You are also granting bathtubmusic.com the right and permission to distribute your image, likeness, music, songs, photographs and merchandise on a non-exclusive basis.
