You decide the price of your CD. We
take only $4 for each CD sold. The customer pays shipping. It’s
that simple!

| What You Get |
|
| You get your very own ARTIST ADMIN section of the
website where you can edit your album information, view your
sales, see who is buying your CD’s, set up new CD’s
under the same account, and change your personal info (address,
email, phone, etc.) |

You also get credit card processing and fast fulfillment
of your CD orders with the BEST customer service backing you up.

| What You Need to do to Get Started |

| 1. |
Fill out the SUBMISSION FORM.
Nobody LIKES to fill out forms, but we promise that all
the information here is relevant to the sale of your CD
with Bathtub Music. We don’t want to know the name
of your distant relatives or pets!!! We don’t want
to own the rights to you or your music. Our agreement
is NON-EXCLUSIVE. We just want to sell your CD. |

Mail us your CD’s. NOT ALL OF THEM
PLEASE!!! We just need 3. (2 to sell and 1 to keep on file for
uploading your artwork and soundclips.) When we need more, we
will let you know ASAP! |

| 1. |
Create your very own web page
for each CD you want to sell. You set the price of your
CD on the submission form. |
| 2. |
Setup your music clips so buyers can hear
a sample of your music online. We let you select the 3
songs that you would like to have converted to mp3 format. Sound Clips
are streaming audio...
1 min. in length (One version created at 128kbps and one at 32kbps for each sound clip) |

Setup the artwork for your CD on your
CD webpage. |
| 4. |
Send you a check when the CD sells!
We mail out checks twice a month of amounts over $20.
Remember, we take $4 off the top from each CD sold for
warehousing your CD and sending it to customers. For example,
if you set the price of your CD to $15, you keep $11,
we keep $4 and the customer pays shipping. |

Provide you with the information of each customer
that buys your CD through Bathtub Music on your sales page. |
